Course Features

Our mission is to equip you with a strong foundation in math, empowering you to get a wider range of choices in university programs that align with your learning interests.

Our website provides self-directed learning, but it can also be used effectively with teachers using the Blended Model of Learning. This model integrates traditional classroom learning with video-based learning, allowing students to watch teaching videos at home and flipping the traditional learning model of schools. Our tutoring videos are always available to help students whenever they need, and the website is accessible on mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.

We create learning videos based on the Ontario Math Curriculum with necessary updates to meet the present learning needs of the topics. Our video production integrates education theories with the latest information technologies. The course content can be divided into four categories: 1. Teaching sections: Introduce mathematical concepts with examples and their relevant applications in real-life situations. 2. Exercises: Reinforce students’ understanding and their application of the concepts. 3. Video solutions for the exercises: Allow students flexibility to select any question number to watch the step-by-step video solution. 4. Numerical answers for the exercises: Help students to check their answers quickly.

We provide additional support through the following resources:

Teacher's Notes: These are available at the beginning of each chapter and provide a condensed summary of the video content using screenshots from the learning videos. They can also serve as learning guidelines to help students understand what to expect from each chapter. This approach makes it easier and faster for students to follow or review the video content. Teachers can also assign related videos for students to watch without requiring them to watch the videos themselves.

Visual Notes: These are located below each video and provide a quick summary of the video's content that can be read in seconds. These notes are helpful for review and preparation before quizzes and examinations.

This is the best tutoring method for high school students, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. For a lot of students, it was really difficult to absorb knowledge and information through the online/semi asynchronous school curriculum. Perhaps it has something to do with the way teachers teach, as the teachers at my day school are not good at teaching. However, this platform with this method of teaching allows students to re-watch lessons and concepts, and work on their own pace. This method of teaching is much more flexible compared to the regular school curriculum. I personally learn and understand the concepts through this platform instead of the regular school curriculum, because this is much more intuitive and understandable. I would definitely recommend trying this learning method and this platform.
